Are you bonded and insured?
Yes. Pro Maids is fully bonded and insured. That protects your home and belongings while our team works in it.
How often should I schedule?
Most homes settle into weekly or bi-weekly. Weekly suits busy households, larger homes and homes with pets or children. Monthly works if you keep on top of things between visits.
Do you bring supplies and equipment?
Yes, everything needed comes with the team. If you prefer a specific product used in your home, tell us when you book and we will work with it.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients are at work while we clean. We arrange access in advance and treat the home exactly as we would if you were there.
What areas do you serve?
Brighton and the surrounding communities across Livingston County, and into neighboring Oakland and Washtenaw counties.
Can I book a one-off clean?
Yes. A single deep clean before an event or a move is one of the most common requests we get, with no ongoing commitment.
Do you clean offices as well as homes?
Yes. Commercial and office cleaning is scheduled around your operating hours so the work does not interrupt the business day.
How do I get a price?
